Total sun exposure all day long, perfect orientation running N/S. Has not been gardened since home was built in 1913, from what I hear. Currently has a very old lawn. I picture espaliered fruit trees surrounded by sun-loving herbs. Basil does fantastic here. I can help with design ideas, labor is iffy.
