Awkward long-time computer geek in Enatai neighborhood who loves the great indoors, is ignorant of what to eat out of a garden, and can't build garden-tending robots, wants Generica lawn to go away and the dirt to serve a better purpose. I'm willing to hire pros for major ground work and will collaborate on design. Most of the yard is fair game for fruits & veggies. Right between downtown Bellevue and I-90, this somewhat hidden lot has pretty good sun exposure and a few tall fir trees at edges.
